How do I get started?
Sign up free with no credit card required to start. Your Hobby workspace comes with 1,000 welcome credits to build agents and start running recurring work. When they run low, buy more credits or upgrade; your agents keep working and you never have to switch plans to stay on Mobius.
What is a Mobius credit?
A Mobius credit is about a cent of usage value, so 100 credits is roughly a dollar. Platform keys and BYOK both consume credits, just differently. With platform keys, Mobius pays the provider and charges token cost plus a 5% markup. With BYOK, your provider bills usage directly and Mobius charges 1 credit per 20,000 provider tokens for running the agent, processing tool calls, and other platform resource use.
Welcome credits, monthly credits, and credits I buy — what's the difference?
Hobby's 1,000 welcome credits are a one-time grant. Pro and Business include a monthly credit allowance that refreshes each billing cycle; unused monthly credits don't roll over. Credits you buy as top-up packs are separate and never expire. When you spend, the included allowance is used first, then your purchased credits.
Do I have to upgrade to keep using Mobius?
No. You can stay on Hobby, buy more credits when credits run low, and keep running exactly as you are. Upgrade when you want more seats, more concurrent runs, priority support, or longer audit-log retention.
What changes between plans?
Included credits, dashboard seats, concurrent runs, support level, audit-log retention, and enterprise governance such as SSO and Custom RBAC. Hitting a product limit prompts an upgrade conversation, not a surprise invoice.
